Four major types of customers and the others are made of a combination of them. As a matter of factly speaking, no customers are purely type 1, 2, 3, or 4. Customers are human and the 'types' we're referring to here are derived from Social Style study. The study does not strictly label people because people tend to show preference based on their circumstances.
But there are major (dominant), meaning people prefer such style over the others most of the time and minor style (accessories). Some called it Primary and Secondary style. You get the idea.
Now, before you can identify the characteristics of each style in others, you want to first, identify your own Social Style because this allows you to identify and adjust your behavior when you're with the prospects or customers. It's fascinating when we can discover something about ourselves which we didn't pay much attention to before.
Let us then discover the answer to our question...
